As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Jeremy James spearheaded transformative efforts to professionalize the business. During his tenure, Jeremy initiated multiple campaigns to enhance business performance across various areas, including sales, client success, professional services, support/help desk, and several other critical functions.

Notably, he was responsible for securing the largest deal in Tyler’s history at $54 million, as well as the second-largest licensing deal at $4 million, which earned him a President's Club award.

MicroPact was a public sector SaaS company specializing in Federal and State markets. They developed a case management product called entellitrak, which was utilized across various use cases in this sector. MicroPact also offered an EEO solution that established them as the market leader in the Federal space, as well as a licensing software solution. Originally privately owned, MicroPact was later acquired by Private Equity and ultimately sold to Tyler Technologies in 2019.

Jeremy James joined MicroPact as employee #52, where he played pivotal roles in the company's growth and maturation. As a leader, his notable accomplishments included defining the sales estimation process that significantly increased MicroPact’s win rate, developing comprehensive standard operating procedures for professional services, fostering a client-first mentality, and spearheading multiple strategic initiatives that contributed to the business's success.

Deltek is a SaaS business focusing in on supporting businesses in the public sector. They provide software that allows public sector companies to successfully manage accounting, projects and other items required to be successful in the public sector space. Deltek is a publicly traded company.

At Deltek, Jeremy played a crucial role in the support and consulting line of business. He was responsible for ensuring clients successfully went live on the Deltek product suite and for customizing the software to meet their specific needs. This required Jeremy to possess extensive knowledge not only about the software itself but also about the clients and their unique requirements.

McMillion Research was a company that provided online data collection, market research, online surveys, programming and interviewing software solutions for companies, with a focus on product and new product launches. The company was privately owned.

As a developer, Jeremy was responsible for delivering comprehensive technical and developer support to McMillion Research customers, including notable clients such as GE, Bath & Body Works, and several others. He played a key role in supporting multiple product launches and conducting market analysis.
